Add semolina into the heated semolina and blend it continuously until it’s color turned into pink at low heat. At the same time, boil sugar and water in another saucepan until the sugar melts. Blend the water with a spoon slowly and continuously and add it into the roasted semolina. When the semolina reach it’s right consistency add peeled almonds* in it. * Put almonds into the boiled water, after a while put them out of the water so you can peel them easily.
