How to Cook Riven Belly - Turkish Karniyarik Recipe

5 pieces of eggplants
250 grams of mince
4 pieces of onion
1 garlic
1 small spoon of salt
1 small spoon of black pepper
1 small spoon of tomato paste
2 pieces of tomatoes
4 pieces of green pepper
150 grams of margarines
1 kg. of water

Preparing Food

First peel the eggplants and fry them into the oil. Then, put them in a tray and gouge them a little bit. Put the margarine into a saucepan and add sliced onion, garlic and 250 grams of mince. After roast the mince, add pepper, tomato and tomato paste. Add 1 kg. of water and boil it for 15 minutes. Then fill this mixture into the eggplants and add tomato, pepper on it then cook it in oven for 15 minutes. Enjoy it!
